Shipping Information

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

• Delivery Times: Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days within New Zealand (or 7–14 business days for international orders). Delivery times may vary depending on courier delays or holiday periods.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be applied automatically at checkout.

• Order Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your gift box. If something isn’t right, please see our returns policy below:

• Change of Mind: Due to the nature of our curated gift boxes and hygiene regulations, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for change of mind.

• Damaged or Faulty Items: If your order arrives damaged or with a defective product, please contact us at admin@mindfulmoments.co.nz within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund.

• Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item, please let us know within 7 days so we can correct the mistake as quickly as possible.

• Exchanges: Exchanges are only offered if a product is defective or damaged.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
