Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your gift box. If something isn’t right, please see our returns policy below:

Change of Mind: Due to the nature of our curated gift boxes and hygiene regulations, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Items: If your order arrives damaged or with a defective product, please contact us at admin@mindfulmoments.co.nz within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item, please let us know within 7 days so we can correct the mistake as quickly as possible.

Exchanges: Exchanges are only offered if a product is defective or damaged.
